The CIAA was formed to serve as a resource &
support center for artists & artisans in all media in Lycoming
County & north central PA by identifying & maintaining a
registry of artists; maintaining a library of funding resources;
assisting artists in pursuing professional opportunities;
providing arts education for the community & continuing
education for artists; increasing awareness & appreciation of
the arts through community outreach programs; integrating
community & arts activities; and establishing & maintaining a
multimedia arts center for artists, art patrons, & the community
at large.
