ELIGIBILITY

Organizations based in the City of Williamsport that provide quality arts programming within the City of Williamsport and are interested in applying for 2007 funding must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Organizations must be non-profit, tax-exempt corporations.
   
• Organizations must be providing arts programming within the city limits.
   
• Unincorporated groups must apply through a non-profit organization that
  serves as a fiscal sponsor; the sponsoring organization becomes a
  conduit for grant funds and is legally responsible for the administration of
  the grant, including all reporting requirements.
   
• Applicants must complete a cultural grant application form.
   
• To be considered for future funding, organizations must recognize the
  PA Council on the Arts , the City of Williamsport and other funding sources
  related to this grant on all promotional materials.
   
• All projects/activities must be open and advertised to the general public.
   
• All applications must be received in the offices of the Williamsport-
  Lycoming Arts Council by 3:00p.m on March 23, 2007 or postmarked on
  or before March 23, 2007.
  

  REQUIREMENTS

• All funded projects must be conducted between June 1, 2007 and
  December 31, 2007.
   
• A final report must be submitted to the Williamsport-Lycoming Arts Council
  within 30 days of the conclusion of the funded project, or no later than
  January 16, 2008.
   
• Funds must be used specifically as stated in the application.
