The Williamsport ~ Lycoming Arts Council ( WLAC ) is pleased once again to be the administrator of the City of Williamsport and The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts Cultural Grant program for 2007. At the bottom of this page you will find the 2007 Cultural Grant program application workbook.

The purpose of this program is to provide funding to local arts organizations for quality arts programming. A grant writing and information workshop will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 12:30 p.m. at the WLAC office, 320 Elmira St., 4^th Floor( YMCA Building).

In addition, WLAC staff will be available from 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. on that day to meet by appointment.  We are also available to assist with grant preparation via telephone and e-mail.

Please review the PROGRAM INFORMATION section for important dates, and if you are planning to attend the workshop or would like to make an appointment to meet with WLAC staff, please contact the WLAC office. Also, please note that we are now requiring six copies of your application upon submission.
